We are so excited to partner with our friends at Blossom Cleveland on Saturday, July 24th from 9-10:30am for a sweaty barre3 Solon Class followed by creating your own flower bouquet to take home! Details for the event which is being held on our back grassy area behind the studio: 8:45am- registration (behind studio) 9- 9:45am - Class 9:45-10:30 - create your beautiful bouquet with Blossom Cleveland. BYOP- bring your own props for class (i.e Yoga mat, weights, band, water, etc.) Must sign up for class ahead of time (no walk ins) Cost for class + bouquet = $25 (must register and pay before class) Members and Class Package Holders- Purchase via MBO - be sure to sign up with the option to purchase just your bouquet as your membership covers this and one class will be taken away from a class package holder! If weather does not cooperate, we will move class into the studio and you will receive an email the day before and once again the morning of. SIGN UP AND PURCHASE HERE via MBO or you can purchase on Eventbrite! Barre3 Solon is a beautifully appointed space has two bathrooms that include toiletries. We also have lockers to hold your valuables, towel service, purified water for your class needs and Play Lounge for your kiddos. Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. We’re known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits.
