Victory Pentecostal Church is a vibrant multicultural church in the heart of the Skagit Valley and our Total Praise Music Conference is an extension of our greater church mission to reach our community for the Kingdom. Through this music experience, it is our hope to influence people with the power of praise and worship and draw them to deeper relationship with the Lord.
