I am having a property boundary dispute with a next door neighbor. I am seeking to have a land survey completed. This matter may turn into litigation, in which case, I would also need the surveyor to be able to testify as to survey results. My deed does not contain a metes and bounds description. I am willing to pay $3,600 flat rate for the survey plus additional fees per day if testimony is needed. I am located in Salem County and am looking to have the survey completed and related reports delivered to me by July 31, 2021. If you have a current New Jersey land survey license that I can verify online with the NJ Secretary of State and are available to complete the survey within the next 2 weeks please respond. Thank you.
