Art Gallery Opening + Sound Bath + Mental Health Panel Discussion & Resources + Celebrate Be the Light Campaign's 6th Anniversary It's an honor to host this Mental Health Gallery Exhibit in 400 West Rich's Promenade Gallery! We will be showcasing local artists, exhibiting large installations and sharing local Mental Health stories to create a conversation that promotes compassion, kindness and understanding in our community. This event will include diverse perspectives and experiences with Mental Health - the hard times, the confusing times, personal reflection and a path to healing. Whether you are a support system or personally experiencing a difficult time, we’d like to invite you to join us. Programming: 5:00-5:45: Sound Bath by Get Essential Healing (sound healing with specific frequencies that create a calm mental state with relaxing sounds) under an art installation by Dana Lynn Harper 6:00-7:30: Artist Mental Health Panel Discussion by Empathize with Me 7:30-10:00: Celebration/Fundraising Event (snacks & drinks provided) *We are looking for sponsors (food, beverage & financial) for this event.
