Colors for Colette is a family friendly outdoor event hosted at UH Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital. Colette was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor at ten weeks old and was treated at UH Rainbow for the remainder of her life. During our daughter’s time at UH Rainbow, our family was able to see the incredible value that UH Rainbow places on each child and family firsthand. Fighting for the lives of children takes teamwork! Colors for Colette is a fundraising event that will be held on Colette’s birthday, August 15. Sidewalk squares surrounding UH Rainbow will be sold and colorfully transformed into messages and pictures created with chalk! This event will benefit the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, the Inpatient Pediatric Oncology Unit and the Pediatric Oncology Research department.
