She is not a stray. I have no idea what kind of collars these are. They don’t look like any flea collars I saw on amazon. Feel free to text me if this is you and tell me what they are. But also stop. Her brother was stolen as a baby and these are my first cats and I shouldn’t have to explain that people love their family pets and don’t want them stolen
