Church Wanted to host Ping Pong Ministry for Kids

Church with finished basement or fellowship hall in Queens or Nassau wanted to host a new table tennis ministry for kids. The idea is to have two 60 minute table tennis sessions with a 30 minute bible study in between. Being that this would be a free service for kids, I can only pay $150 per month. Looking to rent 1 day per week for about 2 1/2 hours. I will need at least 600 sq. ft. of open space.
