We are looking for qualified carpenters, capenter assistants, and laborers to join our family here at Wood & Clay, Inc. We are a luxury, custom home builder located in Gilford, NH, centrally located to serve the Lakes Region, including Lake Winnipesaukee, Squam Lake and surrounding towns. We are looking for experienced employees with a positive “can do” attitude with some experience in the custom home business. You will be joining a team of dedicated employees with over 200 years of combined experience who collectively value attention to detail, hard work, honesty, and timeliness, among other things. As an in-house employee, you will have year round interior and exterior work on multiple job sites throughout the Lakes Region. Reliable transportation and the ability to be flexible and work well with others on active job sites with tight deadlines are a must. Weekend work and overtime sometimes available, particularly during spring and summer months. We offer 401K, profit sharing and bonuses; paid holidays, sick leave and vacation; as well as health insurance and other generous benefits. Hourly wage is dependent on position and experience.
