Gather a picnic, pack a lawn chair or blanket and join in as we bring music to The Gardens at Elm Bank. Catch up with a friend or stroll through the gardens while listening in on the sounds of the evening. Reserve your entry ticket for Wednesday July 7th as we host the rockin' sounds of Back Pages starting at 7pm. Inky Fair and Doug Betschart have been playing music together since 1972, first hitting the New England club circuit in the band “Moonfast.” In 1977, they formed “Fair, Yates & Betschart,” the renowned house band at Timothy’s Spirits in Framingham, and later released “Spirits,” an album of original songs. Since 1987, Inky and Doug have performed as the acoustic/rock duo, “Back Pages.” With Steve McCrossan on keyboard and bass, “Back Pages” features a vast, eclectic mix of classic and modern rock music spanning five decades -- enlivened with rich harmonies, amazing guitar playing, and pulsating rythyms. Garden entrance is allowed starting at 6pm. Restrooms and a bottle refill station available on-site. As always, please no dogs. Donations Requested for Massachusetts Horticultural Society members/$15 + ticket fees for General Public *We will not honor reciprocal memberships for this event, sorry for any inconveniences.
