This past year has been rife with tension and difficult decisions in workplaces that have created even more need for our ever necessary skill of engaging in difficult conversations. Learn how to confidently engage in difficult conversations with clarity, compassion and assertiveness. Is there a conversation you have been meaning to have with a colleague, employee, or supervisor at work but just haven’t known how to approach it? Whether because of the topic, the people, or some aspect of the organizational context, if you would like to improve your confidence and your skills to have that conversation, this is the workshop for you. This intimate workshop will help you pinpoint what makes certain conversations difficult, and provide you with the skills and confidence to make them easier. You will learn to engage in effective and constructive dialogue through a process which involves diagnosing the situation, and then recognizing, interpreting and managing your own emotions and the emotions of others throughout the communication process.
