This would be a great job for someone to make some additional money on the side. This is my second air BNB property, your beginning rate would be $13.00ph, days vary but times are 10am-5pm for the time being, it will be changing to 11am-4 in the future. If you have exceptional performance your rate will go up to $15 per hour within 90 days, we also give bonuses based on your dedication and performance. Must be a dependable person that goes with the flow and is able to get along and work as team with our other cleaner. Communication is also a must. The pictures of the home are attached, mainly the areas that the person will be responsible for cleaning including, but not limited to: -The Basement Half bath (stocking of toilet paper etc, is included in this task) -Clean the kitchen in the basement (the home has 2 kitchens) The basement kitchen will also need restocking of paper towels, ensuring the sink and dishes are cleaned appropriately, and restocking the linens (washcloths and kitchen towels. - Outside is this cleaners responsibility as well, waterslides and paddle boat must be cleaned every new guest, ensure no trash or sticks are in the yard, knock down cobwebs etc... I included the above information for reference, so if you are interested in the position, you are able to see some of the job responsibilities. Thank you again. -Bug spraying and spraying for weeds must be done weekly - the front gate lights and key pads must be cleaned - Report any issues of concern and take initiative to keep the property beautiful for guests. - If there is any trash in the trashcans by the detached garage those need to be put in the dumpster -All cob webs need to be cleaned off of dock bridge outside of the home etc. All benches and patio seating must be clean. - There is a fine for trash left in the lake and on the land, please remain in communication regarding the homes needs, concerns, missing items, or supplies.
