McKinley County and its working partners request the presence and participation of all small rural water systems in northwestern New Mexico. McKinley County is requesting the assistance of its rural water systems and respective state agencies in developing working relationships and collaborative planning initiatives that helps guide decision-making and public investment in community development. This conference is designed to gain insight and gather input on a number of key issues, such as support, resources and funding opportunities. There will be informed presentations from the County, NWNM Council of Governments and each respective state agency that works closely with small water systems.
