Need painter for Large wrap-around exterior porch. We will supply the paint, you supply the labor. The porch & trim has already been pressure washed to remove some of the old flaky paint. The new coats of paint will go on-top - starting with the white trim (keeping the trim white), and then followed by the deck (changing it from what was yellow to grey). You may need to do some sanding or cleanup where the pressure washer missed. You will need to be comfortable on a ladder as the top of the porch and trim up there will need to be painted as well. (Note: The 2nd floor porch does NOT need to be done as that is vinyl and not wood) Job is paid by the hour (and not the job). $20/hour. Perfect for somebody who is between jobs, or has the summer off, or a student, or retired person who wants to make some extra $$$. The house is 1 mile from the Dracut MA / Pelham NH border.
