Jobs will include plumbing, painting, electrical, and basic handyman duties. Essentially anything that would need to be done for a property management company. We require a non-smoking individual that is willing to work with tenants. Cleaners: $30 per person per hour To help with their upcoming move out / move in period. You must be licensed and bonded. You will need to supply your own supplies. Lakeway Realty will not supply any supplies. You must be reliable and able to understand instructions Here are the move out dates June 30, 2021 --- July 31, 2021 --- August 31, 2021, until September 30, 2021, is our busy time with move out / move in. Garbage Hauler(s): $30 per person + dump fees looking for someone that can haul garbage from rental properties You must have a valid driver’s license and insurance During the month of August 31, 2021, until September 30, 2021, you will be busy with garbage hauling and clean outs from move outs. Here are the move out dates June 30, 2021 --- July 31, 2021 --- August 31, 2021, until September 30, 2021, is our busy time with move out / move in. Please be prepared to furnish licensing and bonding paperwork when turning in application.
