Looking for one on one electric guitar lessons

I just bought a Fender Squier Bullet Strat HSS and want to relearn how to play guitar. This will be my first time playing an electric guitar and I want to be able to learn picking and strumming techniques, preferably in the indie rock, classic rock, punk, and psyche rock genres. Some of my favorite musician guitar styles are St. Vincent, Khruangbin, Wild Nothing, Pink Floyd, No Age, White Fence, etc. I am looking for professional one on one weekly lessons, from 30 minutes to an hour. My price range is $80-$100 and am willing to pay by the lesson.
