I designed this class to teach the backyard barbecue enthusiast how to create the quintessential smoked brisket, one of the most challenging cuts of beef to master on the grill. In this class for beginners & experienced grillers alike, you will learn the art of smoking brisket from start to finish. I'll teach you how to choose the right brisket, unique prepping techniques, rubs, knife selection, trimming, wood selection and smoke profiles. The process of starting & managing the fire, timing the cook, and slicing the end product.
You will also enjoy some of Chef Ken’s amazing signature side dishes, along with some local craft beers!
