All proceeds from the show go directly to Rocky's medical fund. James Johann (Bio)James Johann was born in the Midwest during the 70’s era of bell-bottom jeans, wood paneled station wagons and disco music. His childhood upbringing was significantly influenced by country music, countless bad haircuts and heavy doses of Catholic school. In 1991, after being fired from several “McJobs” James began his standup career in Kansas City. But don’t let James’ boyish appearance fool you; he’s a ten-year veteran of the stand-up comedy circuit. His self-deprecating sense of humor and high-energy style all come together to create a unique onstage persona. James relies more on his brain than the profane, and his comedy often hits upon the universal theme of failure, and provides a truthful and hilarious reflection of life as he sees it. In July 2004 James performed in the “New Faces of Comedy” category at the Montreal “Just for Laughs” Comedy Festival. James was also featured on Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend” which aired in 2005. Besides headlining comedy clubs nationwide, James just completed the theatre tour “Paying For The New Trailer” (Blue Collar Comedy Tour) starring Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the Cable Guy. From 2005 to 2007 James was a part of “The Slackers Tour”, a National tour from one of the Producers of The Blue Collar Comedy Tour. Reno Collier, Pat Dixon and James Johann played in clubs across the USA. Nick Allen (Bio) Nick Allen has been a standout comedian in the Midwest for over a decade consistently winning audiences over with his sharp, well-written material that focuses on his life as a husband, father and son on a shoestring budget. He appeared on the most recent season of NBC’s Last Comic Standing where Norm Macdonald told him he was, “oozing with authenticity.” Adding, “I love you, man.” Nick can be heard daily on the syndicated Todd and Tyler Radio Empire and has written jokes that have appeared on The Tonight Show and Conan. He regularly works some of the best clubs as well as notorious dive bars. Tyler Walsh (Bio)With a dip in his lip and a glint in his eye, Tyler Walsh has quickly emerged as a unique, singular comedic voice in the Midwest and beyond. He has traded in rodeo clown barrels and donkey basketball games for stages alongside Larry the Cable Guy and the like. This son of Iowa, born in Mapleton rural, made in Dayton, takes his unique experiences and makes them relatable to crowds of any persuasion. His slow drawn yet sharp sense of observation reels people in from urban rooms to grain bins. From stages in Paris (TX) to one near you, Tyler will leave you saying you saw him when.
