Description
1-day conference for passionate, career-driven women to pause, pour into yourself and begin overflowing into every aspect of your life. Why It Matters? This past year, life has taught us to hold our plans loosely. The world wants us to feel like we have to do it all, have it together all the time, and be fiercely independent. The perfect recipe for disaster... aka burnout. No matter what season you're in, you can't pour from an empty cup. We know deep in our hearts how important it is to make time, space, and a priority to pour into yourself. So why don't we do it? We wait for permission to rest because it somehow can feel selfish. BUT, just like your car, we can't run on empty. If you were looking for it, this is your permission slip to invest in yourself, catch your breath in a safe space, and connect with other go-getter women chasing their big, scary dreams! Repeat after me: I am already doing enough.I am already enough.I am WORTHY to fill your cup! About The Fill Your Cup Conference. Our goal is to fill your cup, so that you can feel fulfilled and begin overflowing into others. We have thoughtfully and intentionally chosen our speakers, sponsors, and vendors to reflect that vision, creating the perfect combination to help you grow in your career, personal growth, AND faith. Doors Open at 8:00 amProgramming begins at 9:00 amLunch is includedProgramming ends at 4:00 pmPsst ... want a sneak peek? We are SO excited to share this! We're bringing back our speaker, Maggie Tucker, and two attendees to speak about how the conference changed their lives after they left last year. Don't worry, we'll have the tissues ready. You won't want to miss it! Hear it from our 2020 Fill Your Cup attendees:“I was so inspired by the vulnerability & strength of the women I met today. I’ve struggled for a while now to feel confident in who I am as a working single mother and a community leader… but the women I met today helped me feel like I can stand a little taller and take ownership of who I am, what I do, and where I am going.” — Tiffany from Cookeville, TN “The Fill The Cup Conference was a reminder to invest in yourself and I made a promise to myself to do more of that in 2020! The other promise was to be intentional to connect more with the women in my community!” —Amanda from Owensboro, KY “Still in awe of the magic that happened! I loved meeting new friends and learning their stories, and just being in the energy of inspiring boss women. I left with an overflowing cup and a seriously happy heart! ☕️💖✨” —Devan from San Diego, CA “Making some biiiigggg changes to my day-in and day-out business operations after gaining the confidence and encouragement I needed from the Fill Your Cup Conference 💕 Big takeaway in a nutshell: Your needs, thoughts, and feelings matter!” — Kelsea from Birmingham, AL “At the conference, (not only did I find a cup👍🏻) but my cup is OVERFLOWING. Not just from good advice and encouragement, but the PEOPLE. The women I met were some of the most amazing, supportive, welcoming women I have ever met.” —Kelly from Nashville, TN
