Four Course Menu
1st Course: Seasonal Summer Salad (Mixed greens, grilled peaches, crispy pork belly with a watermelon vinaigrette)
2nd Course Coconut Shrimp (Deep fried jumbo shrimp coated in coconut and panko served with a pineapple mango chutney and sweet habanero sauce)
3rd Course: Choice of Curry Goat or Chicken (Caribbean favorite meat dishes with a Charleston Red Rice and Spiced Okra)
4th Course: Ginger Spice Cake (a blend of spices incorporated into a decadent cake with a Lemon Sauce and Bourbon Chantilly Cream)
