La Fête Nationale comes to Bow Market on July 14! Put on your Parisian best and come picnic w/ us in celebration of Bastille Day! La Fête Nationale comes to Bow Market on July 14th! In celebration of Bastille Day, we’re doing our best Parisian impression and transforming our courtyard into an all-day picnic. To participate, pre-order a picnic (limited quantity) which will contain all of your essentials for an afternoon in the sun! All picnics come in limited-edition Bastille Day 2021 Bow Market tote bags, featuring a cheeky snail and will include: a fresh baguettefromagetwo glassesyour choice of a bottle of rosé selected by Rebel Rebel, or a beer brewed especially for the occasion by Remnant Brewing!****Wine picnic to be enjoyed in the general courtyard while beer picnics can be enjoyed in Remnant's beer garden - both will be festively adorned for the occasion!**As in France, alcohol will be consumed throughout the market, there will be a charming mime, and — for those up for a game — a pétanque court. When you pre-purchase your picnic, you’ll be asked to choose a pick-up time of either 5:30 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. Seating around the courtyard will be first come, first seated with plenty of space for walk-ins :) For the first wave of picnics (5:30 p.m.) there will be barbe à papa from "le petit pouf" available for purchase, featuring her artisanal cotton candy in French-inspired flavors such as Champagne sparkle, lavender, and salted caramel. A few items to note: One picnic serves two people.  Leashed dogs are welcome.Outside alcohol of any kind is not permitted.Smoking is not permitted. Bow Market is a collection of 30+ independent food, art, and retail shops around a public courtyard in the heart of Union Square.  Anchored by a microbrewery and a standup comedy theater, the market is a vibrant public space full of food, drink, art and retail.
