This will be a 3-Day long competition with an awards ceremony hosted on the final day of competition. FRIDAY : Compound Lifts - 6:30pm-9:00pm consisting of Bench Press, Deadlifts, and Squats held at ReconstructedbySam - 3370 Sugarloaf Parkway Lawrenceville,GA 30044 unit#G-7 SATURDAY: CrossFit - 12:00pm-3:00pm hosted by Genwel United.
