We are looking for a well-organized contracting and compensation specialist to manage licensing and contracting efforts and help us deliver superb service. The Contracting and Compensation Specialist is responsible for processing advisor contracts with insurance and annuity companies. The main responsibilities include helping our clients complete the required contracting process and diligent follow-up through completion. Responsibilities include: Contracting advisors with CarrierManage licensing & contracting processDatabase maintenance of licenses, contracts, state appointments, E&O, continuing, education, and Anti-Money Laundering statusKeeping abreast of state licensing regulationsCompensation processing and reporting Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required2 to 4 years of financial services experience preferredExcellent attention to detailStrong communication and follow-up skillsProficient with Microsoft Office including ExcelSureLC and SmartOffice experience a plus
