Unique Cleaning Service, Inc. is in search of Floor Technician for one of our customers in a medical facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will maintain buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing routine maintenance functions. We are looking to fill this position with a candidate that is detail and service oriented. Duties: Maintain all floors, including carpeted areas to be swept, mopped, vacuumed and/or buffed. Stripping and waxing of facility floors adhering to service schedule. Maintain all flooring to ensure a uniform appearance free from debris, dust and stains. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years floor maintenance experience in a medical environment a plus! High School Diploma or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma. Must be a self starter, punctual and reliable person willing to be a team player at all times. Requirements: Must be able to pass background check requiring fingerprinting. Lifting of heavy supplies and materials. Experience operating large motorized housekeeping equipment Stripping and waxing floors experience $16.96 per hour! Work Shift: Full Time Monday-Friday 5pm-12am Benefits: Paid Vacation 401k Enrollment Paid Holidays
