Low-Cost Vaccines MADACC offers opportunities for vaccinations each week for low-cost rabies and distemper (combo) vaccines for dogs and cats (call to make an appointment). Vaccine days are typically Tuesday afternoons and Wednesday mornings. Each vaccine is $15, but if you get both at your appointment, we give a discount and charge only $25 for both vaccines. Your pet must be licensed or you must license your pet at the time of vaccines. This program is for Milwaukee County residents ONLY. Microchips MADACC encourages all pet owners to microchip their pets. MADACC provides this service low-cost for $25, which includes registration. Microchipping pets is a simple, inexpensive way to permanently identify your pet and provides less chance that someone will steal your pet and leave you with no way to positively identify and prove ownership of your animal. All animals that enter MADACC are scanned for a microchip.
