NORWALK, CT — A city resident is $50,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Norwalk, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Tuesday, Catalino Granados won $50,000 playing a "5X the Money 14th Edition" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Crespo Groceries in Norwalk.
