Small GC company seeking trades persons who value their's and others' time and labor. We are turning work down. Hire per project. If we don't gel all good. There will be no shouting :) We try to practice consensus in our decision making and taking on each project. Commitment is only per project. Interest in net zero, carbon neutral, passive house very welcome. Projects are full of daily discussion on how best to proceed. We are production oriented because we all share an interest in the budget. We are not interested in hierarchy or managing each other. If we cannot achieve goals together we will not work together. We are interested in establishing shared goals per project and beyond. If you can only work X hours, X days that is totally fine; any project is always structured around our availability and scheduling performance is written up in the proposal to the client. No racists, sexists, misogynists, pigs, homophobes. Your hate towards others is never funny or acceptable here. No flakes and no being under-the influence on the job.
