We have a condo remodel project in an older building with approximately 1200 sqft and with about 1000sqft of popcorn ceiling. The 8ft ceiling for this project has asbestos popcorn ceiling that would have to be removed or scrapped. The unit will be empty during the remodel and there will only 5 steps of stairs. This should be few days of work for the right person. All materials will be paid for by the project owners so there is no risk to you. Require/Preferred Qualification • Ability to remove asbestos popcorn ceiling • Install ceiling drywall • Experience installing resilient channel or sound clips • Experience using Rockwool insulation • Ability to resurface ceiling for in preparation for painting • Two or more person team preferred • Commuting distance to Bellevue/Seattle area • Active license on LNI, insured, and bonded If you are interested, please send us a brief description of your work experience and tell us your strengths.
