EXCAVATION: OPERATOR, PIPELAYER, LABORER Company Confidential Full-Time OPERATOR - $35.00 per Hour up to Prevailing PIPELAYER - $25.00 - $33.00 per Hour GENERAL LABORER - $18.00 - $25.00 per Hour Compensation/Other Details: -Weekly Pay Schedule -Paid Holidays -Paid Time Off -Health Benefits available after 90 days of employment -Full Time, Monday - Friday schedule with Occasional Overtime and Saturday Hours Excavation/Site Prep Contractor hiring immediately for work within the Snohomish County/Greater Puget Sound area. *OPERATOR* Job Details: -Heavy equipment operation -Site supervision -Use of hand tools and power tools as needed -Ability to measure various materials with accuracy/Read blueprints Qualifications and Experience: -3 years + experience operating various types of heavy equipment in a site development environment/Heavy civil construction. -Understanding of required grading, elevations, and compaction *PIPELAYER* Job Details: -Installation of Sewer, Storm, and Water underground utilities -Verification of trench depth and length per specifications -Communicate changes to scope as needed -Product identification for specific job related tasks -Measure needed materials accurately, clearly communicate cut specs to labor force, and place as needed -Use of adhesives to connect pipe specific to type/specs -Use of grading tools, lasers, hand tools, and power tools as needed Qualifications and Experience: -3 Years experience working with underground utilities -Knowledge of grading, slopes, compaction, and drainage -Knowledge of Safe/Proper use of hand tools and power tools *GENERAL LABORER* Job Details: -General labor with experience in site preparation/excavation -Cleanup/housekeeping on construction jobsite -Use of hand tools and power tools as needed -Ability to measure various materials with accuracy Qualifications and Experience: -1-2 Years General Construction Labor (excavation experience preferred) -Knowledge of Safe/Proper use of hand tools and power tools -General construction jobsite safety knowledge Other Requirements: -Valid Driver’s License -High School or Equivalent -Drug Screening and Background Check -Use proper lifting, carrying, climbing, and other techniques to prevent injury -Attend weekly on-site safety meetings, training and educational classes as required To Apply -Reply to Submit Resume or to request an application.
