Wage Range: $20.00-$22.00/hour post initial training Positions: Advancement Opportunities Available Training: $19.00/hour All Training is Provided Basic Responsibilities: • Maintaining the cleanliness of the following areas: Offices, gym, public restrooms, apartments, pool area, restaurants, and the events hall as well as other cleaning needs as they arise. • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition with quality and consistency • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as scrubbing, wiping and cleaning floors • Perform routine maintenance tasks with efficiency and strong attention to detail • May include Maintenance Cleaning, Deep Cleaning and Construction Cleaning • Maintain good working condition of cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies Qualifications: • A self-motivated individual able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner • A dedicated team member, arriving on time at the designated time to begin work. • Able to adjust quickly to change as new or unusual situations arise. • An upbeat, team focused, and energetic example for others. • A strong desire to ensure we provide a positive guest experience to all visitors. • Work well with others as a part of a Team • Ability to handle a daily physical workload • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is NOT required • We value a positive attitude and a good work ethic above all else.
