About 4' of flashing needs to be installed between house and 2nd floor deck. Water dripping in house. Need about 16' of interior caulk when the job is done. 1 gutter downspout repaired. See pictures. Lots of other random work at the property, but these needs are urgent. No scams, "subcontractors", homeowner present and payment on completion.
