Fell 3 trees + haulaway

I Have 3 trees to fell. They are in the pictures. 2 big trees (~40' or so) which are threatening structures. These have to be removed carefully, as they are already leaning in the direction of our house and are on a precipice. Another skinnier tree which I just don't want. If you got pulleys, rope, a big chain saw, at least 2 people, and experience climbing and talking down "leaners" safely let me know. I'm the homeowner, I'll be here, and I'll need to review your plan before you cut. No scams, no "subcontractors", no-one obviously drunk/high. This is not a simple chop down and I've already had guys come out and damage the property removing trees.
