We are a locally family owned and operated business and we are looking to hire immediately! We specialize in all things glass: Insulated glass replacements, full window replacements, glass shower doors, mirrors, as well as custom fishtanks. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to grow with the company. While glass experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate with the right mindset and work ethic. Roles and Responsibilities include: Inspecting job materials to ensure the products are of the correct size and that there is no obvious product damage or flaws Loading all required job materials for the day onto truck Communicate to the office if you will be late to a job or unable to complete your assigned job for whatever particular reason Install all products in the work order and strive to resolve any installation problems that could occur on-site Depending on your experience you may be working in the shop to create insulated glass replacements Qualifications: At least 1 year in glass installation is desired, but we will train individuals with the right attitude and background All candidates must be able to pass background check and drug test Valid drivers license as well as your own transportation Preferred Skills: Excellent customer service Carpentry skills Effective troubleshooting skills Excellent verbal/written communication skills Hardworking, motivated, with excellent organizational and time management skills Please call Allen Hatch at (615) 804-3958 with your interest!
