Must have master-level experience (10-15+ years) in all aspects of carpentry, framing, setting cabinets and countertops, as well as basic construction (trim, painting, general labor) Must be proficient in light plumbing and electrical work Must be a strong leader capable of effectively managing a small team and delegating tasks Must have proficient knowledge of current building codes and reading plans Must be able to take direction from construction manager Must be a self-starter Must be timely We maintain a strictly drug-free environment
