Press release from the City of Solon: June 21, 2021 City of Solon | Fireworks Fireworks will take place at Solon Community Park on Friday, July 2. The park will open at 7 PM for families and friends to gather for this annual event. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets. Slyman's Tavern and Nick's Gyros food trucks will be at the event for those that want to have a picnic dinner prior to the main event. If snacks are more your thing, then make sure you visit Gionino's Pizzeria, Crooked Kettle Popcorn, Dough Street Cookie Dough, Kona Ice and POP Culture CLE for their delicious snack options, all perfect for a summer night! Fireworks can usually be seen from the Community Park, SMS & Parkside, Orchard, SHS and Arthur Road areas.
