Search On For Construction Site Burglary Suspect In Huntersville

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Police in Huntersville are asking for the community's help locating the driver of a white Ford Explorer who is a suspect in a recent construction site burglary. The burglary occurred Sunday, June 20 shortly before 8 p.m. at an undisclosed location. "The suspect drove around security fencing and forced entry through glass window of office trailer and stole items from inside," HPD said. The suspect's vehicle is described as a 2002-2010 white Ford Explorer with a sunroof, large trailer hitch and a large dent in the front driver's side quarter panel. The vehicle also has minor damage to the rear passenger bumper. More photos of the vehicle may be viewed here.
