Need handyman to help with rental properties

Landlord is looking for a dependable, capable person who can help me do various repairs at some rental properties. This is not a full time job -- just work requests as needed. Work can be performed during the day, on evenings or on weekends if you prefer, but I'm looking for someone who has reasonably good availability -- so a retired person with the right skills would be a good candidate, as would someone who fixes things for other landlords and is looking for more work. Tasks could include things like swapping out a disposal, minor plumbing fixes like changing out a valve or replacing a faucet, fixing a toilet, minor electrical repairs, irrigation repairs, minor appliance repairs, etc. You may be able to do some tasks and not others. Just let me know what you're able to do. References appreciated. Offering $25/hour. Must have your own transportation and tools. I need help with both east and west valley properties, so please let me know if you're applying for which one, or both. (Since a lot of these would be small jobs, it's ok if you'd prefer to do just one or the other.) Chosen applicant will also need to be able to text me pictures of work that's been completed.
