Nordic Lawns is looking for a skilled landscaping manager to fulfill the needs of our customers. We have a crew ready to work and lots of jobs lined up with more on the way. An intermediate knowledge of landscaping is required and we can help you in learning some of the more advanced tasks. We usually do lawn installs, retaining wall installations, custom garden build outs and other related tasks. You must be skilled in measurement calculations and comfortable operating light machinery including power tools and lawn-specific tools (experience with a CAT is preferred). Additionally, we require the Landscaping Manager to meet with customers and keep a professional working relationship with those we do work for. When Nordic Lawns gets a call for a potential job to be bid; it is up to the Landscaping Manager to take this request, meet the customer, assign a value to the job and get the contract signed and agreed upon by both the customer and the manager. We pay Landscaping Managers in a profit sharing format based on the net value of each job. The starting rate for a new Landscaping Manager at Nordic Lawns is 48% (negotiable if you bring lots of experience) of the net value of each job the manager oversees, facilitates and completes. Job values range from $1000-$10000. If you (the manager) complete a job with a net value of $5000, we pay you $2250.
