Jug Property Management is looking for a handyman to join our team and to help maintain our portfolio of properties, in the city of Rochester, NY. We pay $25/hr - $34/hr depending on experience, with potential for growth as the company expands. - You must be able to provide references - You must have a reliable form of transportation. - You already have your own tools to start (we will provide these later including all materials needed) - This is a part time role (32 hours/week to start) with the potential to grow into a full-time position quickly if things work out. Necessary skills include -Plumbing repair/maintenance/troubleshooting/installation -Electrical repair/maintenance/troubleshooting/installation -Painting and drywall repair
