We prefer a person with some experience in plumbing but because we can send you to a service class where you become a Certified Service Technician, your experience can simply be that you know how to work hard (at least 1 good year of work experience in a hands-on service job) and you have good mechanical ability and aptitude. And you should be good with people (some sales ability) because you will have face to face interaction with our customers. You also need to be legally able to work and have a clean driving record so you can be insured for driving our company trucks. You should also be able to pass a drug screen, as we do pre-employment and random testing.
