Cleaning Person Wanted – Beginning late-August 2021 We Airbnb our 3 bedroom/2 bath west Sedona home about 9-10 months of the year. We’re a family, not a management company. We want to hire a cleaning person, not a company. We value personal relationships. The job includes: -Cleaning 3-5 times a month -About 3-4 hours of work -Irregular schedule -Cleaning = wash and dry linens and towels (washer & dryer in home); sweep and mop; vacuum small carpet; dust; load and unload dishwasher; make up beds and baths; clean countertops, stove, oven (rarely), microwave, fridge; re-supply as needed (we provide/pay for all supplies and reimburse immediately via Vinmo); other routine, usual and customary cleaning as needed. -advising us of maintenance, repair and special cleaning needs. Requirements: -References -Flexible schedule -Reliable transportation -Speak English -Available occasional weekends -Trustworthy We pay a generous flat rate and pay instantly. We’re friendly and easy to work with. We will keep you informed about reservations and work around your family’s events, vacations, etc. Our current cleaning person has worked with us since 2017 but is retiring in August. She is available to tell you what it’s like to work with us, about our home and the job.
