Shared large studio in Salmon Falls Mill in Rollinsford NH– just 15 mins from Portsmouth and Kittery. Currently used for family photo shoots and portraiture but could be used for a variety of things – including pop up events, work space, creative space, etc. Rent is $437.50 for half which gives you access to half of the month (just have to coordinate with the other photographer in the space who is super nice and talented!) We just re painted the space and re-stained the rustic floors and also build a white wall to block the storage area.
