Job Summary Unique Design Solutions is a unique manufacturer of quality decorative tiles and mosaics. We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for full-time production/assembly positions. Responsibilities and Duties • Perform work as assigned by the department supervisor or team leader (may include assembly, material handling, cutting, machine operation, etc.) • Assemble parts according to instructions using molds. It’s slow to start but you’ll get better with time. • Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times • Maintain a clean and safe work area Minimum Qualifications • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to follow directions • Ability to lift/carry at least 25 pounds • Flexibility to learn new tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to stand for long periods of time Benefits available to full time employees, after probationary period include: Health Insurance (50/50) Paid Holidays Paid vacation/sick leave accrued from hire date Casual work environment Hours of Operation Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Salary: $14.00 per hour w/ $1 increase based on training. Typically $15 after 30 day review and $16 after 120 day review.
