Pool Service/ Cleaning Technician (Experience required) Job Level: Part-Time or Full-time Location: North County Coastal, San Diego We are looking for honest, positive, and passionate pool service technicians to join our team! The ideal Pool Technician must be honest, hard-working, and a great team player while also being able to work on and complete tasks independently. Job Functions Exceed client expectations by providing high standards of customer service, quality, and safety. Drive to client locations and complete all scheduled jobs, tasks, and visits. Interact with clients by providing service, recommendations, and general guidance. Use company iPad to complete work-related tasks (clocking in and out, checklists, logs, etc.) Ensure swimming pool and equipment systems are functioning properly and efficiently at all times. Service swimming pools, spas, and fountains weekly. Maintain all pools, equipment, and work areas neat and clean at all times. Test and balance pool water chemicals. Ensure proper pool water sanitization. Diagnose issues. Perform minor repairs. Attend monthly company meetings. Qualifications: Must be outgoing, friendly, caring, and customer-oriented + Must adapt easily to change and innovation + Excellent communication skills + Attention to detail + Self-motivated + Reliable, honest, and punctual + Must speak English + Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly + Pool Cleaning experience preferred + Must have a clean driving record + Must have a truck in good condition, valid CA driver's license and car insurance.
