Manufacturing company is looking for material handlers. 1st shift. 7-430 $15 hr higher for more years of experience. Background friendly and no drug test required. Material Handler : Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. This job may be known as shipping, receiving, pick-packs, or stores clerks. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED 2-4 years of experience in a warehouse environment Data entry and basic Excel. Inventory control experience Cycle Counting WMS experience helpful (oracle) Attention to detail Ability to do basic math Ability to read and understand a pick sheet Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 75lbs Temp to hire.
