Overview: Full time position available for experienced individual to assist with maintenance on several commercial (office/retail/industrial) buildings located in the Louisville Area. This position involves tasks such as plumbing, light electrical, and HVAC fixes, grounds pick up, common area maintenance, and various other responsibilities. Description: This position performs the general maintenance and operation of the facility and small projects on a daily basis to ensure the overall physical and functional condition of the building presents a professional appearance and a safe environment. Daily schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM plus on-call rotation for after-hour emergencies. Hourly wage plus mileage reimbursement. Requirements: Basic knowledge of building mechanics is essential. Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation as travel between properties will be required. Individual must also provide their own hand tools and have a neat appearance. 2-4 years’ experience preferred. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Applicant must be able to pass drug test, background check and possess a clean driving record.
