Click here: A Typical Workday May Include: ▸ Operating salt conveying equipment, operation of packaging and related equipment, operating mobile equipment. This can include, but is not limited to, working with bulk trucks, rail hoppers and box cars. ▸ Ensures proper storage, loading and shipping/receiving of packaged products. ▸ Strict compliance with safe work rules, good housekeeping practices and specified FSQR policies / procedures / standards. ▸ Input production and downtime information into SAP and Informance. ▸ Minor maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment ▸ Perform any miscellaneous duties as assigned including but not limited to: minor maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance tasks, housekeeping tasks, product quality testing tasks, confined space entries (bin entries), repalletizing / disposal of distressed products, etc. What You Will Need: ▸ Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer. ▸ Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility. ▸ Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable ▸ Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with the use of ▸ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. ▸ Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) ▸ Ability to operate machinery. ▸ Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) ▸ Basic use of a computer ▸ Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays with advance notice Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
