Female and Male Rats Need Home

Young female rat (~ 7 months) and young male rat (~ 5 months) were gifted to me. Sadly I have a pug who does not want a sister or brother :( After trying for a few months, I cannot continue caring for them. They live separate since the boy is not fixed yet. Female has a cage (~ 4 feet with removable bottom tray) and it has a little food tray and water dispenser. She loves treats and carrots. She likes to be held and loves to run around in her cage. Male has a temporary smaller cage (~ 1 feet) that also has a food tray and water dispenser. He LOVES to explore and be carried. I cannot afford to get the male rat fix (~ $100). However, this small procedure allows the rats to live together in the 4 foot cage. Rats are social animals and love to be with other rats. Everything is FREE. I have food, treats, and more bedding. Just trying to find them a good home :)
