Locally owned and operated property management company looking for a Maintenance Person/Finish Carpenter that is detail oriented and able to work in a team setting as well as independently. Must have verifiable experience with such things as painting, plumbing, HVAC, hand tools, power tools, and have good problem solving skills. Must have a valid driver's license, be insurable, and able to pass drug screening. Monday-Friday. Wage $25+/hr depending on experience and qualifications. Medical, dental, vision and 401K available.
