Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for a Warehouse associate in Bohemia, Long Island. Please review the requirements below and apply if you feel you fit the description. This is a temp or temp-perm opportunity for first shift. The hours are 8-4pm Monday - Friday Essential responsibilities: • Building shipping crates • Assisting in shipping/receiving • Filter plate assembly • Assisting machine operators • Maintaining a safe and clean work area • Loading, unloading, shipping and receiving warehouse items. • Transporting materials to different locations within the facility. • Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency. • Securing loads to machine before transportation. Qualifications: • Basic hand tool knowledge • Basic Computer skills • Must be an organized individual • Basic wood working skills • Basic Math skills
