Manufacturing Associate; $16.00/HOUR-WILL BE FLEXIBLE IN HOURS • Associates may be required to do any of the following duties as a general factory associate. • This position will primary be putting labels on boxes. • Cleaning or sweeping of any production area. • Painting of floor or machines as needed. • Required to feed or stack off any machine. • Pre-fold, flip or restack of loads. • Placing or use of pallets/pallet jacks may be required. • May need to help with machine set-up • Requires lifting of slotting heads or score and rubbers • Assists other positions and machine operator positions as needed • Any duties as assigned based on business needs • All work areas may require the following physical abilities: • Repetitive actions including bending, twisting & turning, reaching below the knees, pushing or pulling of sheets. • Standing 8-10 hours a day, with some lifting above shoulders. • Sheet sizes can range up to 80" x 175" & weigh up to 25 lbs. per sheet. • May require the ability to lift 25 - 50 lbs. on a regular basis during workday. • Schedule: • Flexible schedule • Can start at either 8:00 am or 10:00 am • Can work 3 – 5 days a week (Part-time or Full-time) • Once a schedule is decided upon, you will have to abide by the schedule you choose • $15/hr.
